1、在鈑金機(jī)柜的設(shè)計(jì)中，不應(yīng)該有肉眼可以看得見(jiàn)的傾斜以及局部歪，或者是是扭曲的現(xiàn)象存在，框架立柱跟底座的垂直度小于1.5毫米，在檢測(cè)的時(shí)候，通過(guò)底座的表面作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以立柱上端里面的沿面作為測(cè)量點(diǎn)、

2、在頂框還有底座的平行度都是小于1毫米，在監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)為底座上表面還有頂框的下表面，一般都是互相為基準(zhǔn)的，同時(shí)也可以通過(guò)測(cè)量六面之對(duì)角線的長(zhǎng)度，在相差下不應(yīng)該超過(guò)2.5毫米來(lái)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
