高低壓開關(guān)柜在工作的過程中主要是以斷路器為主的電氣設(shè)備；是指生產(chǎn)廠家根據(jù)電氣一次主接線圖的要求，將有關(guān)的高低壓電器（包括控制電器、保護(hù)電器、測(cè)量電器）以及母線、載流導(dǎo)體、絕緣子等裝配在封閉的或敞開的金屬柜體內(nèi)，作為電力系統(tǒng)中接受和分配電能的裝置。

　　The high and low voltage switchgear mainly consists of electrical equipment such as circuit breakers during operation; It refers to the manufacturer assembling relevant high and low voltage electrical appliances (including control appliances, protection appliances, measuring appliances), busbars, current carrying conductors, insulators, etc. in closed or open metal cabinets according to the requirements of the electrical primary wiring diagram, as devices for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the power system.

　　高低壓開關(guān)柜又可稱為高壓開關(guān)柜，在電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)電、輸電、配電、電能轉(zhuǎn)換和消耗中起通斷、控制或保護(hù)等作用。 電壓等級(jí)在3.6kV~550kV的電器產(chǎn)品，主要包括高壓斷路器、高壓隔離開關(guān)與接地開關(guān)、高壓負(fù)荷開關(guān)、高壓自動(dòng)重合與分段器，高壓操作機(jī)構(gòu)、高壓防爆配電裝置和高壓開關(guān)柜等幾大類。

　　High and low voltage switchgear, also known as high-voltage switchgear, plays a role in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy conversion, and consumption in the power system, such as on-off, control, or protection. 　　高低壓開關(guān)柜的柜體寬敞，內(nèi)部空間大，間隙合理、，具有安裝、維修方便，運(yùn)行可靠等特點(diǎn)，主回路方案完整，可以滿足各種供配電系統(tǒng)的需要。其具有五種防止誤操作的功能：

　　The cabinet body of the high and low voltage switchgear is spacious, with a large internal space, reasonable and safe gaps, and features easy installation and maintenance, reliable operation, etc. The main circuit scheme is complete and can meet the needs of various power supply and distribution systems. It has five functions to prevent misoperation:

　　1．防止帶負(fù)荷分合隔離開關(guān)。

　　1. Prevent load on/off isolating switches.

　　2．防止誤入帶電間隔。

　　2. Prevent accidental entry into electrified compartments.

　　3．防止誤分、合斷路器。

　　3. Prevent accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers.

　　4．防止帶電掛接地線。

　　4. Prevent hanging grounding wires when live.

　　5．防止帶接地線合閘。

　　5. Prevent closing with grounding wire.

　　高低壓開關(guān)柜的部件主要有斷路器、隔離開關(guān)、負(fù)荷開關(guān)、操作機(jī)構(gòu)、互感器以及各種保護(hù)裝置等組成。開關(guān)柜的主要作用是在電力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行發(fā)電、輸電、配電和電能轉(zhuǎn)換的過程中，進(jìn)行開合、控制和保護(hù)用電設(shè)備。

　　The components of high and low voltage switchgear mainly include circuit breakers, isolating switches, load switches, operating mechanisms, transformers, and various protective devices. The main function of a switchgear is to open, close, control, and protect electrical equipment during the process of power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy conversion in the power system.

　　高低壓開關(guān)柜的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)如下：

　　1、整柜采用拼裝式組合結(jié)構(gòu)，模數(shù)孔安裝，零部件通用性強(qiáng)，適用性好，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高。

　　1. The whole cabinet adopts an assembled combination structure, with modular hole installation, strong universality of components, good applicability, and high standardization.

　　2、柜體上部為母線室、前部為電器室、后部為電纜進(jìn)出線室，各室間有鋼板或絕緣板作隔離，以保證。

　　2. The upper part of the cabinet is the busbar room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room. There are steel plates or insulation boards between each room for isolation to ensure safety.

　　3、MCC柜抽屜小室的門與斷路器或隔離開關(guān)的操作手柄設(shè)有機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖，只有手柄在分?jǐn)辔恢脮r(shí)門才能開啟。

　　3. The door of the MCC cabinet drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position.

　　4、受電開關(guān)、聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)及MCC柜的抽屜具有三個(gè)位置：接通位置、試驗(yàn)位置、斷開位置。

　　4. The drawers of the power switch, contact switch, and MCC cabinet have three positions: on position, test position, and off position.

　　5、開關(guān)柜的頂部根據(jù)受電需要可裝母線橋。
