柜內有測量PT和計量PT（原來要求是要分開測量PT和計量PT，如沒有特殊要求也可以不分開，可以共用）。頂部的小母線可用于向其他高壓柜提供電源。同時為其它設備提供電源，滿足測量、計量和保護電源的電壓要求。
